I work with startups, and participate in projects, that ride the wave of new tech trends. I truely believe this is where real innovation lies and these startups can truely change the world (cheesy I know)! Web3 is particularly exciting and I love working with startups who utilise blockchain technology for real world utility.
Legal Services
I have the great pleasure to work with and provide legal and commercial services to a number of startups that operate in the following areas:
Web3 - specifically NFT, cryptocurrency, DAO, ICO and IDO projects;
Fintechs - specifically, banking, lending, credit, data aggregation, Open Banking and enterprise and consumer services; and
Others - including biotechs, AI/ML startups, entertainment companies, hardware startups.
I also provided legal services to assist all startups in raising capital from Angels and VCs ranging from pre-seed to Series B and beyond 💸
Advisory Services
I've been fortunate enough to participate in advisory boards of promising young startups. My legal/commercial and previous startup experience allows to provide practical advice to these startups and I look continue to do so throughout my career.
Personal projects and startups
As you'd expect, most of these projects are in stealth mode. But I enjoy working with friends on new and interesting projects. These projects include:
Legal tech - using AI/ML to improve contract drafting and management;
Fintech - using Open Banking and AI/ML to create powerful money management solutions;
NFTs - there's quite a few use cases here: including using NFT technology to improve certification of high quality goods and manage intellectual property for high quality content, manage memberships to social and sporting clubs etc; and
DAOs - using DAOs as an investment vehicle (super early and quite tricky!)
